Brief Answer:
May be due to nerve compression.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

I appreciate your concerns.
As you have said all your reports were normal, I wish to review those reports. Can you upload them?

These type of symptoms are frequently associated with disc related causes. Another common cause is compression of the sciatic nerve due to prolonged sitting. I might be able to comment further after reviewing reports.

In the meanwhile you need to change your sitting posture frequently. Don't seat for a long period.

Hope this will help you.
Regards.

Brief Answer:
Can get a mri done

Detailed Answer:

I have gone through all the reports. Reports are all normal.
Can you tell me any histpry of chronic drug intake??
If no? Then it is due to compression of the nerve sciatic.
You can also have an MRI of lumbosacral region done to rule out any disc related problem.
Can try tablet gabapentin too.

Hope you got your answers.regards.
