Question : I woke up one morning with my right colorbone higher than my left and it hurts when i raise my hand up or do anything strainious it hurts so is the back of my shoulder

I am sorry to hear that you are having pain in your right collar none. It is possible that you dislocated the collarbone from the sternum. I would recommend that you see your medical provider. You may need to have x-rays and a splint for the shoulder. This can sometimes happen with just sleeping in the wrong position or with small trauma. It is not dangerous but is painful.
