Question : Hi
I have sore in my ball next to penis, I feel no sharp pain or able to toilet without pain. No blood during toilet.
No sign of abnormal lump or around the ball.

Hello
Your symptoms suggest epididymitis.
It is inflammation of the spermatic cord.
I advice you to go for a scrotal ultrasound.
This will be helpful in finding out the cause.
To relieve pain take an anti inflammatory like diclofenac.
