Brief Answer:
I advise you going to ER...

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you for asking to HCM!

The pain you are experiencing may be related to heart condition and some of them may be lifethreatening. This is why I advise you going to ER.

If you were my patient I would recommend doing on ER the following examinations:
- ECG
- Chest x ray
- Blood work
- Cardiac enzymes
- Abdominal ultrasound

This will help to exclude life threatening problems. After that further examinations may be needed to find out the exact diagnosis.

Hope this was of help!
Wish you health!
