                                            Question : I am a 42 year old female had pain under left breast felt it slightly cramp up by shoulder blade lasted approximately five minutes should I be concerned about my heart

* Considering the sole presence of the symptom without any of the other signs, I am sure it is not cardiac origin.
* Possible non specific internal spasm irritating the diaphragm and giving shoulder discomfort.
I would recommend deep breathing exercises for better results and follow up whenever required.
