Question : i have continued pain under my tongue on the left side in the same spot is this normal? And I have a knot on my upper right gum should this be alarming?

Hello dear. I have gone through the details. So there must be a cause of continuous pain in tongue. Moreover an examination of gum node is also mandatory. Please send a picture of node so that i can give you some more information. If required an mri of oral cavity can be done for more details.
