Brief Answer:
Drugs not available, a sharp decrease in enzyme levels not clinically usefu

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thanks for the query,

I am afraid with chronic pancreatitis, most of the time, the enzyme levels rarely drop that fast. However, what is most important with chronic pancreatitis to to instead ensure that the levels do not increase. A steady, even if it is slow decrease in the enzyme levels with this disease s acceptable. Since it is a chronic process or inflammation, it is difficult for the enzyme levels to drop o fast, so its normal for it to take time.

I suggest you just be calm, and watch more against increases in tested enzyme levels. Targeting rapid decreases in enzyme levels are really helpful in this disease.

Appropriate pain control remains important. Avoiding things that can harm the pancreas like some drugs and alcohol are important.

No worries to decrease sharply enzyme levels. thanks and kind regards as I wish you the best of health.
