Brief Answer:
Try Injection of Botox toxin or other drugs

Detailed Answer:
Hello Mam,

Welcome to Healthcare Magic.

I understand your concern completely.I am sorry that you are going through all this.Though there is no complete cure of this disease but there are certain things which could be tried to get temporary relief.These are;

Injection with botulinum toxin (Botox)
Medications, such as long-acting nitrates or calcium channel blockers
Surgery (called an esophagomyotomy)
Widening (dilation) of the esophagus at the location of the narrowing.

The outcomes of surgery and nonsurgical treatments are similar. Sometimes more than one treatment is necessary.You might just be anemic now for which you feel exhausted because you are not able to eat well.Please see your doctor and discuss about the same.

Hope I answered your query.Feel free to ask more.
