Question : I have an baltod (boil) on my right thigh. It been two days, now it is becoming painful and have tight surround. Please advise.

Hello Sataram,

According to your description it looks like inflammation
I suggest you Topical antibacterial ointment (like Fusidic or Mupirocin) apply twice a day.
Tablet with combination of paracetamol with serrotopepetidase twice a day. You can get this at your local pharmacy.

Hot fomentation will help you. Keep it 3-4 times a day.
