Brief Answer:
You may send the x-ray picture

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for posting
After going through your suffering usual treatment for bone spur if giving painful restriction of joint movement is removal, but I need to see the x-ray picture of elbow joint. So, you may send the same in the follow up query.
Meanwhile to reduce pain you may do Ice fomentation, local gel application along with pain killer like ibuprofen.
Hope this helps and I shall be glad to answer any further query
