Question: I had anal sex with my partner a couple of weeks ago the first morning I got up for a bowel movement it was so painful it was like a knife cutting me. Then I had a urine infection an the doctor gave me some tablets to clear it up an then I got vaginal thrush which I treated with diflucan but both my fanny and my bottom are so itchy

It may be fungal infection or irritant dermatitis.
Clean area with warm water twice daily.
Apply candid-b cream twice daily.

I also suggest you to continue diflucan 150 mg weekly once. Antihistamine like cetrizine will be useful and can be taken when it itch.

Wear loose clothes.
