Based on the facts that ou have posted you seem to have fracture of the penis.
I shall be happy if you can post me more details to help me in making precise comments
1) Is there swelling and pain in penis ?
2) Is there bruising of the penis?
3) Is there bleeding from penis ?
4) Have you passed urine after the incidence ?
If so what is the color of urine ?
You have to ascertain the extent of injury to penis by visiting ER and get the clinical examination and ultrasound scanning of the penis done to ascertain the extent of injury to penis which helps decides the line of treatment .

No to your questions 1-3. Yes to 4. Urine is normal lighter yellow to almost clear when I drink a lot of water. Darker yellow when I don't.
Is there any corrective possibility?
I believe the cause was sometime ago but I first noticed something wrong while on Spring Break with my wife visiting family, actually at a two night stop in Yosemite, in California the end of March. Last night I had an opportunity to truly observe it.
