Question : My left ovary has a volume of 13ml with a collapsed follicle that is very painful
Brief Answer:
This is normal.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.
It is normal to have pain during ovulation. The pain is due to the collapsed follicle. This pain will subside on its own in next 1-2 days. You can have unprotected intercourse in case you are planning for pregnancy. The ovary volume is normal.
Please feel free to discuss further. I will be glad to answer the follow up queries that you have.
Wishing you good health.
Regards.
