Question : My husband is 95 and has what seems like a corn on the side of his foot. It is painful for him. It has what seems like a core. He has visited the VA Podiatrist and they don't think it is of importance. He cannot sleep on the side of his foot. He is a little skeptical of podiatrists. He is legally blind and cannot use the computer, that is why I am trying to help him. If you have any suggestions I am sure he would appreciate it.
Thank you.
Thank you.

Hi,
As per your description, it looks like corn.

If Corn is confirmed, it has to be removed surgically under local anaesthesia.
