Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Thank you for the query.

Such symptoms are usually caused by Magnesium and Potassium deficiency. The main reason if this deficiency is coffee intake and stress. I can see you have tried Magnesium supplements. Please note that it is necessary to take Magnesium and Potassium supplements in the proper dosage (250 mg of Magnesium + 250 mg of Potassium three times a day). You should also avoid coffee and caffeinated drinks intake. Please also try to increase mineral water intake.

If this wont help, you should consult neurologist.

Hope this will help. Feel free to ask further questions.
Regards.
