Brief Answer:
Get Investigated.

Detailed Answer:
Welcome To HCM. I am Dr Anshul Varshney. I understand your concern.
There are various caused behind the painful erection and ejaculation like the inflammation or infection of the renal tract (prostate, ureter, bladder), ureteric stones, prostate issues, sexually transmitted diseases and Urinary tract infection.
In such case I would advice you to get following investigations done:
1. Urine routine microscopy.
2. Urine culture and sensitivity.
3. Ultrasound Whole Abdomen.
4. Fasting blood sugar.
These are the basic minimum investigations that we need to do before starting you on any treatment.
So get investigated and write back to me with reports.
I hope it helps you.
If you have any further query, please ask me.
Stay Healthy.
