Brief Answer:
hi

Detailed Answer:
i suppose there is inflammatory nature of this pain and this is commonly seen in females of your age. it can be sign of some specific disease such as gout or rheumatoid arthritis but sometimes it can occur without obvious cause after long walking or standing. you should rest, put cold compresses, take antiinflammatory painkillers and elastic bandage. also, keep your leg elevated. if there is swelling then you should visit doctor and do knee puncture to aspirate fluid and send to to an analysis. if pain persists for 2-3 weeks then you should do MRI and consult orthopedist. WIsh you good health. Regards
