Question: is there a cream or something for the pain of herpes 2 for men ?

Oral medication would work best but you can use voltaren cream/gel along with the oral meds mentioned

Normally the routine over the counter pain killers can be used initially. If pain killers such as naproxen, ibuprofen, cataflam are not effective then stronger medications such as codeine or tramadol may be needed.
Paracetamol may be combined with any of these for added pain relief

If these are not effective then neurological medication is used . These are medications that are used for nerve related pain.
Herpes can cause this type of pain.
eg amitriptyline, lyrica, tegretol , duloxetine or gabapentin

These can be used in combination with the pain killers mentioned previously
