Question : Hi at the beginning of July while on holiday in Cape Verde my female partner and I were among a number of hotel guests that got a stomach bug giving us diarrhoea. As a consequence I developed piles which I have not suffered from from for over forty years. These have continued to cause me discomfort and now several white pussy spots have appeared and the pains and discomfort are getting worse.
In later life I have become allergic to petroleum and some other oil based products so after baths over the past week I have tried applying Ultra Clear Plus - all natural herbal cream. Is this likely to deal with the spots and piles or should I consult an expert?

Brief Answer:
You should be operated.
Detailed Answer:
Hi
I saw the pic.
They are prolapsed haemorrhoids. Pain is due to the big size of the piles.
White spots could be due to application of local cream.
As they are prolapsed (Grade4),medical treatment has no role now.Surgery is the best option.
You should consult a Surgeon, get examined clincally and proceed accordingly.
You should take high fiber diet.Eat fresh fruits and green leafy vegetables.
Drink.plenty of liquids.
Your stool.should be soft.
Avoid non vegetarian diet like chicken, mutton etc.
Nothing to worry.
Hope I answered your query. If you have any questions, I will clarify further.
Wish you good health.
Regards
