No puss discharge and there is 1 little black dot in middle. I did not see any insect bite she tell me she shaved her arms 1 month ago, no recent cut that we know of. This has been present for 1 month with no changes. I applied baking soda thinking it was a spider bite. I have strayed to soak with warm water and epson salt. Any thoughts suggestions ?

Brief Answer:
It is due to inflammation.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
I saw the pics.
As per your query, there is relation between the shaving and development of this lesion.
It might have followed after minor trauma while shaving . Another possibility is that hair follicle in that area might have got infected. The black dot corresponds to the hair follicle.
I prescribe Antibiotics like Clindamycin capsule and Cefuroxime tablet along with anti inflammatory tablet to my patients with similar complaints. Along with these medicines, local application of Povidone iodine Ointment will also be prescribed.
As it is present since 1 month, please consult your doctor and get checked.
Nothing to worry.
It will come down with proper medication.
If you have any queries, I will clarify further.
Wish her good health and speedy recovery.
Regards
