Brief Answer:
Biopsy report is crucial

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I saw the pictures and the healing is quite good.
To understand the nature of the ailment the doctor had took a biopsy and it forms the crucial or crux of the treatment plan.
Let the biopsy report come in. If the lesion is clear and clean borders with benignity then that is the end of it. You just need annual follow up. They are generally inflammed taste buds (papillae) or canker sores because of sharp tooth edges.
If the biopsy report is not good and indicates malignancy like a leukoplakia you need a better treatment plan.
So lets wait for now the pictures are good.
