Painful lump at the site of the injection of Betaferon should be worried.
This can be any problem from just local reaction to muscle necrosis and rarely infection that can cause such a problem.
This is best studies by clinical evaluation and examination by a General Surgeon and/or ultrasonography of the area that will guide for further treatment if required.

BP of 190/88.
The systolic pressure is too high, this should be taken care of by the clinical evaluation and cardiac work up to get you the most appropriate treatment.
