Suggest Treatment For Painful Lump Near Ulna Bone

Question: I have a lump on my arm its the ulnar bone its almost in the middle area its hard it doesnt move amd when i flex my arm by squeezing my hand closed it hurts the lump starts at the underside of the bone and goes to the topside its thin and long compared to being shoet and wide as most lumps are its not visible to the naked eye and i dont have it on my other arm and ive had it for a long while i noticed it about a year ago or so hasnt caused pain till recently i havent noticed that it has grown at all it seems to stay the same size and hurts only when i move my arm what coukd cause this and what dr shoukd i see about it?
