Question : I had ankle replacement surgery on my fight ankle in February of this year. In the past month a knot approximately about 3/4 the size of a golf ball has developed about 1/4 on and the rest below my outside ankle. It is malleable but feels also like there are things in it and extremely painful. wlWhat do I need to do? The surgeon who did the procedure is 2 1/2 hrs away and that combined with bone pain. is too hard for me to drive. I have been doing stretching and mobility pt. Thank you.

Detailed Answer:
Hello, I understand your health concerns.
Most likely it is just a hematoma which has organised and thus has formed a kind of granuloma type mass.
Apply ointment thrombophobe thrice a day on the mass
Take tablet with Diclofenac and serratiopeptidase which will relieve pain and helo in resolving the mass.
All the best.

I am currently using an ointment for my diabetic neuropathy which contains 10% ketamine, 2% baclofen, 3% diclofenac, 2% cyclobenzaprene, 6% gabapentin and 2% tetracaine transdermaly. Will this suffice? Do I Still need the oral meds and how do I get them? Thank you.
