Brief Answer:
Please give additional information

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thank for your picture and query, albeit short and specific.
To recapitulate: Male/43 - lump in back as seen in the picture - incredible pain that wraps around whole torso ...
The lump is seen as depicted. This can cause pain along with the nerve on which it is siting. This can not cause pain that wraps around the whole torso.
The cause can be muscle spasm. You are already taking Muscle relaxer and Advil.
Please give additional information:
Has these medicines helped?
Since when is the pain present/
Any physical activity before the pain was started?
Is it on one side or both sides of torso.
Please give the details of the exact area affected.
Any other symptoms?

Awaiting for your feedback.

The pain started Tuesday night and became more severe Wed night/today. The muscle relaxer and Advil have done little to nothing as far as the pain goes, I, when I say that I can feel the pain all the way around my torso, might not describe it properly, the majority of the pain is in my back, however, it almost like I can feel the pain my gut giving the sensation that goes all the way around.

I recently returned to the gym but haven't been excessive with that weight since it's been longer than I care to admit since I worked out.
Could I have pulled something that would have left a knot, or herniated my disk I don't want to go to the doctors and spend $250.00 to be looked only to find out I pulled something and will heal itself, my biggest concern would be a herniated or ruptured disk?

Brief Answer:
As detailed below.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your feedback.
Since Advil and muscle relaxer are not helping much, the cause can be severe muscle spasm and movements not allowing early healing.
You need to take Proper dosages say at 8 hourly interval.
Take strict rest.
Warm fomentation, hot shower.
Local applications of Rabrafacient liniments or spray that gives local warmth on application.
The peculiar problem with myalgia in torso region is that it is impossible to give complete rest as one breathes, moves around, have daily chores to do, may have straining at coughing, sneezing, passing bowel movements and such activities.
Please try all these measure.

Herniated disc gives pain in line with distribution of the nerve/s compressed/affected and is usually in patches going around in line with the nerve lines, severe and quite disabling.
