Question : I have lump on my left breast and my obgyn asked me to go for mammogram and ultra scan it both negative no sign of cancer but the ultra scan show fluid and have been having tribe pain

FNAC of the cyst followed by Aspiration.

Detailed Answer:
Hi Mam,

I understand your concern.

You possibly seem to have Fibrocystic breast disease.

This is common in women above 35 yrs.

Many cysts will resolve by itself.

I advise you to get an FNAC(needle examination) of the lesion under ultrasound guidance to accurately rule out cancer.

Aspiration of the cyst under ultrasonographic guidance will offer best relief.

Periodical follow up of the lesion is advised every 6 months.

Consult an expert Surgeon for further management.
