I understand your concern.
You possibly seem to have Fibrocystic breast disease.
This is common in women above 35 yrs.
Many cysts will resolve by itself.
I advise you to get an FNAC(needle examination) of the lesion under ultrasound guidance to accurately rule out cancer.
Aspiration of the cyst under ultrasonographic guidance will offer best relief.
Periodical follow up of the lesion is advised every 6 months.
