Brief Answer:
Regular exercise and intake of juicy fruits should be helpful.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.

I have gone carefully through the brief details that you have mentioned. It seems that you could be having gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) as well as muscle fatigue. Try taking Prilosec (omeprazole) once a day before breakfast. I think that it would provide relief. Other than that you need regular exercise. Daily morning walk and free-hand exercise is essential. Also take juicy fruits like citrus fruits. They contain potassium which should help in improving muscle contractions. Take small but frequent meals. It might be worthwhile to get a thyroid profile done. Deficiency of thyroid hormones could also cause such problems.

If you have any other queries, feel free to ask me back. In that case, I would really appreciate if you could elaborate on your problems.

Regards
