Question : Hi .. I am planning to conceive and trying for last 8 months.. all hormonal tests are normal.. I already shared my ultrasound report and tests.. in previous question.
my periods are very painful. specially first day is painful.
is there any problem in that or its normal.

Hello XXXX,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
I reviewed your hormonal reports previously and were absolutely normal.
As chances of getting pregnant in each menstrual cycle is around 20-25% , it is advisable to wait at least 1 year before going for treatment for infertility.
Pain on the first day of menstruation is normal and is known as spasmodic dymenorrhea
For this you can take mefenamic acid tablets 2-3 times a day on the first day of menstrual period.
Don't take stress , Be positive and hopeful.
