Suggest Treatment For Painful Phimosis

Question: I am 86 years of age. I was never cicumsized. My problem is that my foreskin gas shrunk and I have a difficult an pain ful task when I bathe to properly clean my private. Is there a solution to make the foreskin more apple?

Kindly let me know if you are able to pull the entire tip of the penis out or not. If you are unable, there might be scarring and this requires circumcision to remedy it. There would be no solution to make this more supple if the problem is underlying fibrosis.
