Question : I sit all day as a court reporter, and have developed 2 (approx 1 inch) sores on my buttock. Painful and oozing. Is there a soak and or an ointment I could use?

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear

Thanks for using Healthcaremagic.com
I have evaluated your query thoroughly .

* This seems inflammatory lesion as there is pain and oozing . Can you upload a photo of the lesion?

* Recommendations for better recovery

- Sitz bath ( sitting in a tub filled with lukewarm water and added antiseptic liquid
say 5 ml in 500 ml water for 2 times a day each for 10 minutes ) .
- Can purchase Polysporin cream without prescription from shop and apply it
2 - 3 times a day .

- For better recovery , strongly suggest to consult nearby surgeon as it requires
antibiotics and anti inflammatory agents after clinical examination .

Hope this will help you .
Welcome for further assistance .
