Brief Answer:
STOMATITIS.

Detailed Answer:
Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concern...
As per your complain and presentation of symptoms you are suffering from STOMATITIS that is inflammation of mucous membranes of mouth like inner lips, cheeks etc along with inflammation of tongue.

It can be due to a few common reasons like allergic reaction to certain medication or foods, burning with very hot foods and liquids, Nutritional Deficiencies of iron, Vitamin B12 etc.

Nothing to worry as it will be easily resolved. Kindly answer a few questions so that I can guide you towards a proper and appropriate treatment..

1.Did you burn your mouth with hot food or took a large quantity of citrus or sour foods?

2.Have you taken any Medication?

3.Do you chew tobacco?

4.Have you undergone any dental treatment?

5.Is there any white coating on tongue also present?

Kindly provide me with the answers so that I can guide you better and provide you a helpful treatment..

Waiting for your reply.

Brief Answer:
Treatment is advised below..

Detailed Answer:
Hi..
Welcome Again.

Thanks for the reply..

As per your reply tobacco chewing is the cause for Dry mouth as well as Inflammation..
Pain is also due to inflammation..

Nothing to worry as it is treatable and will be resolved soon.
The first thing that you have to do is to stop chewing tobacco or atleast limit the intake for improvement of symptoms.
-For relieving pain and discomfort you can gargle with a numbing mouthwash containing Lignocaine especially during meals to prevent pain and burning.
-You can take anti-inflammatory painkiller like IBUPROFEN for reducing pain and inflammation.
-Take a multivitamin tablet daily for 1 month.
-Gargle with cold water and suck ice cubes as it helps in reducing Inflammation and relieving pain.
-Avoid hot and spicy food and take a soft diet.
-For Dry mouth you should drink plenty of water and chew sugar free chewing gum as it helps in increasing saliva flow and relieving Dry mouth..

Hopefully the symptoms will start resolving in 3 to 4 days and you should continue following treatment for atleat 1 week and Multivitamin for 1 month.

Any further queries are welcome..

Hope this information helps..

If your query is solved please write a positive review and give a Five Star Rating as a token of appreciation..

Thanks and regards.
