                                    Brief Answer:
Looks eczematous change primarily
Detailed Answer:
Hi
I understand your concern regarding your skin problem and I hope I am able to help you in the same.
I have seen the attached picture.
From first appearance, the lesion looks like an Eczematous skin reaction to me .
But development of such a change over an existing freckle or mole surely need to be checked with a magnifying lens or a dermoscope .
So my advise would be to apply cortisone cream over the lesion twice daily for three to five days .If it tends to improve or settle ,then you can apply the medicine for a maximum of six to seven days .
However if you notice no change in the area ,then see a nearby dermatologist for proper assessment .

Looks like an eczematous change
Detailed Answer:
Hi again
Such a sudden and rapid increase in the redness surely points towards an eczematous cause .
So I would advise you to start treatment as advised.
Take some oral antihistamines like Benadryl or levocetrizine along to relieve the associated itching and allergy .
See your nearby dermatologist for proper assessment and treatment of the lesion tends to persist .
