Suggest Treatment For Painful Red Spots And Patches On The Penis
Question: Hi I have these Red spots that turn into small patches and its not firm in shape, that hurts and tickles when I touch them but does not hurt until i touch the area. They are present right below the shaft of my penis. What could it possibly be and how can i cure it?
I have had this before as well. Is it because of vigorous and frequent masturbation ? Any help will surely be appreciated

I have gone through your query. Your problem can be due to fordyce spots. These are modified sebaceous prominences. If it is that then harmless. In that case using more garlic, taking antioxidants will be helpful. Tretinoin cream locally also helps. Avoid greasy and sweaty environment on genital area also as this may stimulate its occurrence.
If you send a picture of it then it will be more helpful in identifying. Conditions like genital herpes will have itching ,burning sensation and pain. Do you had any history of risky unprotected intercourse?

Sir I have uploaded a picture. I do not feel anything until I touch it, even when i peel my skin down it does not hurt. But I m still clueless about what this is.

You can use aloe vera gel locally. This is available as over the counter.
If you had any history of risky unprotected intercourse then better to go for HSV 1 and 2 test to rule out herpes and VDRL test to rule out syphilis.
