Question : i have pain and swelling in both legs, ankles my calfs are very hard

This could be related to heart failure barring any other obvious blood clot

Detailed Answer:
Welcome to HCM. Please note that for your demographic I would bet that you have heart failure symptoms this is what causes bilateral leg swelling, a blood clot is an alternate idea but normally it is one leg. I would visit with a regular doctor and have a physical exam conducted. I hope this helps and good luck
