Brief Answer:
Throat

Detailed Answer:
Hello. I just read through your question.
What you describe is consistent with an infection in the throat. Often these infections are caused by viruses. In such a cases, treatment with fluids and pain relievers such as ibuprofen, are typically enough until the illness resolves. However, sometimes these infections are caused by bacteria. In such cases, the only treatment is with antibiotic therapy. I recommend consulting with your doctor so the correct diagnosis can be made and the appropriate treatment plan implemented.
