i have got really painful tragus
Swelling of the tragus

-i had Scaly skin or dried white wax around the ear for very long time

I personally suggest you antibiotic medicine for atleast for five days, hot fomentation.
I also advised to avoid putting ear bud, oil and water putting in the ear.
