Brief Answer:
Visit a doctor
Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX
I suggest you visit a doctor for clinical examination to rule out any injury or infection like fungal infection. If doctor suspects injury doctor would advice X ray.
Meanwhile hot fomentation will help you to reduce swelling.
Continue medication paracetamol with serrotopeptidase combination.
Doctor would advice antibiotics or antifungal medications according to diagnosis.
If you have any queries I will be happy to help you.
Thank you
