Brief Answer:
I'll need a full history of your health problems.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thank you for using HealthcareMagic to post your health query.
I read your question carefully and understand your concerns.

Your symptoms are complex and it cannot be just low sodium because then the other question arises- How did the low sodium happen?

If you have any other symptoms or lab investigation reports, it will be very helpful if you can upload/attach so I can have a detailed look at them and then advise accordingly.

With the information I have so far, I would recommend that you do some labs to rule out important problems and a general check up at your local doctor (if you haven't done that already)- urine analysis, creatinine, SGOT, SGPT, lipid profile, fasting sugar, electrolyte panel, etc.

Also, some medicines can cause this type of problems, so let me know which are the drugs you are taking and I will check if any of these give these side effects.

Looking forward to your follow up question.

Regards,
Dr. Papaqako
