Suggest Treatment For Painful Urination, Red And Swollen Labia

Question: I had sex a few times last week, maybe a little aggressive the last time, & also on a floor that wasn't very clean in hindsight...for the first time in my life it hurts to pee the last 7 days & my meatus, just the lips, look a tad bit red & a little swollen....no other symptoms or problems, but it hurts at the moment of urinating or ejaculating. Could I have just overdone it? Or caught an infection?
Brief Answer:
More likely irritation but UTI or STD cant be ruled out
Detailed Answer:
Hi and welcome. This is not uncommon for these symptoms to develop after intercourses since urethral opening may be irritated and consequently inflammed. But, STD or uroinfection is possible of course especially if there is discharge or fever. I suggest to avoid intercourses in next week, clean your glans penis with warm chammomile tea few times per day or apply mild steroid cream around meatus. If symptoms worsen, you should see urologist and do std tests. Wish you good health.

You don't think it could be a bacterial infection?
Brief Answer:
Hi
Detailed Answer:
No at this point. Bacterial infection would manifest with penis discharge, pain, fever and chills so this is more probable irritation.
