Suggest Treatment For Painful Urination

Question : The last few days I sometimes feel I need to urinate but can't as much as I would think. And it hurts some to urinate. I'm also getting a little bit of blood in my urine.

As per your description, it looks like a Urinary tract infection.
You should send your Urine for Culture and sensitivity, deposits.You should also get an Ultrasound abdomen to know about Kidney, Ureter and Urinary bladder.
Pending all the results, I prescribe Antibiotic like Norfloxacin tablet to my patients with similar complaints.
Please consult your doctor, get examined clinically and proceed accordingly.
