From the history I can understand that you have pain while you pass urine but the urine test is negative.
This indicates that you have urethritis, that is inflammation of urethra and this can be due to urinary tract infection, can occur after small stones pass through or due to passage of crystals called crystalluria or due to concentrated urine due to less water intake.
Some medicines like norflox can cause similar problems.
If the urine test is negative, please take more water say about 2- 3 liters per day so that it is diluted properly and also repeat the urine test tomorrow to see if there is any positive finding.
Ultrasonography of the abdomen, particularly for genitourinary system may help further to rule out stones or so.

From the history I can understand that you have pain while you pass urine but the urine test is negative.

I went to a urologist yesturday and i said the prob. He made a rectal exam and said its normal. I had a pain when he touched that area and will it be there for every one. Already went for a cbc on wed itbwas normal. Attached that report. Will b there change in cbc in this period.
