Question : Hi! I got a burn 2 days back and I applied Silverex but the blister still exists. Though there is no pain. Please advise if I continue using it or apply something else.
Brief Answer:
Prick the bulla
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to HCM...
Bullous lesions commonly occur after burn. If the bulla is tense, then it remains for long time. You may prick the bulla with sterilised pin and remove the liquid. Do not remove the skin. Let the skin remain there and apply silverex cream on the lesion. You may take a short course of antibiotic and antiinflammatory drugs. I hope you might get relief in few days.
Thanks.
