Brief Answer:
Very important to get VDRL test.

Detailed Answer:
Hi Sir.

I understand your query and concern.

This bump since it appeared on the genitals, and is painless, though disappeared.

Its extremely important to rue out genital syphilis in all such red based painless lesions post sexual act.

For this I advise you to get VDRL and FTA-ABS testing.

Its very important to initiate antibiotic therapy in the form of Benzathine penicillin
to completely eliminate the infection.

Post your further queries if any.
Thank you.
