Suggest Treatment For Painless Lumps On Foreskin

Question: I have these 2 lumps on my forskin one has been there about a month but it has got much smaller and better looking the other one I just noticed yesterday they have no pain and I'm worried what they could be I'm 26 years old I do have unprotected sex with the same partner Iv been with for 3 years the bumps are painless everything I have researched says it could be penile canser and Im very worried about it I am i between jobs right now so I don't have insurence yet to see my doctor

So genital warts can consist of only 2 bumps? Is there anything i can treat this with over the counter? And also iv noticed these right afrer sex with the same partner iv had for almost 3 years and the one in center has been there for about a month buts its got a lot smaller it kinda looks like a scar but then a few days ago after sex i noticed the other bump

Painless bumps on penis are usually warts.
Yes they can present as single or few bumps.
There are over the counter medications available but it's better to avoid these as the genital mucosa is very sensitive.
