Hello, more likely it's a pneumonia
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
How is your heart function is it weak or good ? Ejection fraction?
All the symptoms which you mentioned are suggestive of pneumonia. Pneumonia leads to chest infection, cough with blood, chest pain on deep breathing, breathing difficulties and increased and strong heart beat.
So this fast heart beat is may be due to pneumonia. Also listening to fluids in the lungs is possible in both pneumonia and heart failure, also sometimes pneumonia may precipitate heart failure which may lead to accumulation of fluid in lungs. This can be very well treated with water pills and not a matter of worry. Doctor must have assesd you for these.
You will need chest x ray which must have been done, treatment with antibiotics. Rest heart treatment must be continued. You need to be vigilant and any worsening of symptoms you should rush to hospital.
Regarding your chest pain, if it's occurring on deep breathing, coughing then it's likely due to pneumonia only. If the pain is behind sternum bone associated pain going to left arm, sweating etc then it can be cardiac and you ll need to ecg to look for heart problem.
