Brief Answer:
Purely psychological, paranoia mixed with anxiety

Detailed Answer:
Hello sir and welcome.

Thank you for writing to us.

I have gone through your query with diligence and would like you to know that I am here to help. I understand how you feel as I too underwent a lot of stress and experienced palpitations when my older brother had a heart attack.

But what I experienced and what you are experiencing is anxiety and/or panic sir, nothing more. I am glad you underwent a complete cardiac profile as it helps to completely rule out and cardiac abnormalities and help focus on this being purely psychological.

I would urge you to consult a psychiatrist and get yourself some help to manage the anxiety or panic you are experiencing. A cumulative effort from counseling and possibly medications will certainly help you get over this. I too underwent counseling and am perfectly fine now. I agree I tend to be a little extra precautious to prevent any cardiac issues, but other than that I am perfectly fine and hope and pray you will be too, soon.

I hope you find my response helpful. Please do not hesitatw to write back to me for any further clarifications, I am always here to help you sir.

Best wishes.
