Brief Answer:
Seems like panic attack and anxiety dsorder

Detailed Answer:
Hi, thanks for your query.

I just want to clear that you have panic attacks, so I am asking few questions that need to be answered.
1. What are the symptoms? Do they start suddenly without any stress or event?
2. Do they reach to peak within 10 minutes and subsides on its own?
3. Do you feel that you are going to die?
4. Initially Do you feel that your heart is going to explode? Do you have extreme perspiration? Do you feel that you are going to die?
5. How often these attacks occur?
6. Do you have fear og going outside home because of the attacks?

You need to answer all of these in the same order as they have been asked.
Panic disorder is a kind of anxiety disorder that can occur to anyone. It is happening with you does not mean that you are weak. The prevalence of anxiety disorder is as high as 20% in the general population. SO it is quite common. It can be easily treated with antianxiety drugs which are SSRI antidepressants.

Discuss all these issues with your prescribing psychiatrist and revert back to me with answers.

Hope I have answered your query. If you have further query then feel free to ask. Wish you good health.
