Suggest Treatment For Pap Reports Showing Cancerous Cells

Question: Im so confused ive heard get hysterectamy, rhuematoid arthris, diverticulitis. Im not sure wut is most important or a game plan. HMC54596. Also all pap results have had cancerous cells and told have too much bacteria so told to take probiotic,and have hpv ,also have had 2 colposcopys and took lupron injections 2xs 10 yrs ago. And by the way i have a daughter w ho is 3 now .Only heat makes back relief but pain eases quickly once i get moving around each day. As far as the colon stuff im lost, ive had these issues and never spoke of shooting stabbing breathtaking horrific unstopable pain. Just thought was how i was but never ever been regular as everyone i know. I am a very picky eater and carbs are my favorite. Not a big fruit eater and limited vegetables - corn my fav. While pregnant horrible hemmroids but had b4 jus wasnt as painful until pregnancy.

Thank you for your query. I can understand your concerns.

Some people have unfortunately more health problems than others. I can totally understand your situation. But fortunately all your symptoms are treatable.

1) If your pap reports are showing cancerous cells , you need a hysterectomy as soon as possible. This should be your first priority.

2) Continue the probiotics as they are helpful and have no side effects. You also have to increase fruits and vegetables and cut down meat as diverticulitis is increased with meat.

3) For your rheumatoid arthritis you need to be started on hydroxyxhloroquine and pain killers.

4)The hemorrhoids can be left alone if they are not painful or bleeding now.

Precancerous cells are of various types.

If its CIN (carcinoma in situ) type 1 or 2 you can take a course of antibiotics and repeat pap after six months.

But if its CIN 3 then you need hysterectomy as invariably you will develop cancer sometime.
