Problem: Saturday I went to the grocery store and had to walk an incredible distance around the store. By the time I got to the check out counter, my foot drop caused me to fall. I landed on my right leg and hip. What the problem is I have had such fatique now I feel exhausted. What can I do that I can regain my strength?

Brief Answer:
Take Vitamin B12 and B complex vitamins

Detailed Answer:
Hi

I have gone through your history.

I would advise you to take Vitamin B12 and B complex vitamins with your doctors advise as body uses them to metabolize energy.

B vitamins play a critical role in beating fatigue, exhaustion and will help you to regain strength.
