Brief Answer:
Supportive treatment and care..

Detailed Answer:
Hi back,

Sorry for the late reply.

What you are reporting is suggestive of possible anxiety disorder.

Now, apart drugs. you need psychotherapy. Support from family members or friends also recommended.

Furthermore, at your age (25 years old), sometimes, may find difficult or getting anxious when facing first difficulties of life.

However, you should not think the worst. Everything can be easily settled. Think positively, although you might fear of doing something wrong.

Sometimes you might do something wrong, but should not get anxious, look forward and thing positively. Sometimes, it's not up to you but to other circumstances or destiny explaining why things happen.

Be faithful, have faith in God and will see good things will come with no fear or no other problem.

Let me know if you have any other question.

Brief Answer:
Yes,spiritual concerns interfere with our daily activities...

Detailed Answer:
Hi back,

For sure, spiritual problems/concerns are affecting our daily activities and thinking too. That's why, when there is not a real organic problem, spirit should be calmed down. Faith will help with that. I am sure you will see and think things differently.

Let me know if I can be of further help.
